Do you deliver to my address? If I prefer can I pick my order up?
Yes we certainly do offer delivery, we send our products via courier Australia wide. We need to deliver to a physical address not a post office box. You will need to advise us of any special requirements where to leave your order if you are not home when the courier arrives, alternatively they will attempt to deliver at another time.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to residents on the Sunshine Coast, this offer is valid from Noosa to Caloundra and as far west as the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
You are welcome to pick your goods up if you are on the Sunshine Coast. Please contact us for the address.
How much does delivery cost?
Every order is different depending on the size and the amount of products ordered and the location that it is being shipped to. We recommend you send us a request for quote to ensure we can provide you with a delivery fee amount.
What happens if my order is damaged when it arrives?
Elysium takes great care to ensure your order is carefully packaged for delivery and we choose couriers who take due care with our customers orders. In the unfortunate circumstance that your goods arrive damaged our advice is to not accept it from the transport company. Please ring us immediately on 0497 585 767. If you have already accepted your goods and then realised the damage, we still recommend you contact us immediately as we only have 24hrs to make a claim on your behalf.
How long does my order take to be delivered?
Please allow 7-10 days lead time for Elysium to manufacture your design. Your goods will be sent on the next courier run. Delivery will be dependent on your location. For goods going to metropolitan Brisbane it could be the next day but for orders going as far as Perth, it may take 7 to 10 days. Local orders will be delivered by negotiation as to a suitable time etc. Please contact us to enable us to help you further.
